Kelvin Rebollo is the Quality Manager for Magnetic Component Engineering, Inc., a leading manufacturer of rare earth magnets, and high-reliability magnet assemblies for aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial applications.
Kelvin has over 10 years’ experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, magnetic theory, and operations. He is responsible for the coordination and integration of quality assurance processes and procedures relating to government and regulatory compliance, customer quality compliance, and internal procedural compliance. Kelvin manages and delivers a quality culture through strategic quality planning to meet business objectives and customer expectations. Kelvin was born and raised in Los Angeles. He attended Los Angeles High School and was involved in the USC Upward Bound Program and the Fulfillment Fund Program, two programs to help low-income and first-generation college students. Kelvin understands firsthand the benefits and life-changing effects of such programs. It is through this deep personal connection that he thrives in making a positive difference in the lives of children and their educational goals. Kelvin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCSD, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified from UCLA Extension Program, and is a Certified Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor from the American Society for Quality. |
