To participate in the Leadership Academy, applicants must:
OPHLA Graduate Expectations
Once you have completed the 4 month program, we ask you to commit to 2 years of community service with Operation Project Hope.

- Apply by the deadline, ---.
- Commit to attending the entire series of classes, prep. meetings and events (barring an emergency).
- Commit to making all coach, team and buddy calls.
